The ADF4118BRUZ-RL7 is a low-noise, wide-ranging, fast-locking
frequency synthesizer designed for use in frequency hopping, spread
spectrum, and narrow-band communications systems. This device
offers dual-loop operation (VCO and PLL) and an output frequency
range of 50 MHz to 4.2 GHz. It features a fast settling time of 0.2
µs and a low phase noise of -122 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset.
