The AT91SAM7S256D-AU is a 32-bit ARM7TDMI-S microcontroller, with
256KB of Flash and 48KB of SRAM. It features a wide range of
peripheral control and analog features, including two UARTs, three
16-bit Timer/Counters, an RTC, an SPI and a PDC. The device also
has an external bus interface for connecting to external memories
and peripherals.
