4. Equipment introduction:

The heavy bag weighing packing unit is mainly an automatic packing process of automatic bagging, automatic weighing materials, automatic filling materials and automatic sewing and output. How Pouch Filling Machines Work

Film pulling system: composed of unwinding roller and tensioner. A roll of film (usually laminated PE, PET, aluminium foil) is placed on an unwind roll usually located at the rear of the machine. Using servo motors and tensioners, the film is unrolled and pulled into the system securely and precisely.

Bag making machine: After printing, the film enters the bag making machine. This process overlaps the edges of the film to form a bag. Vertical and bottom sealing is done by sealing jaws.

Filling and sealing machine: Filling is done by connecting the bagger to a multi-head scale or other filling machine such as an auger or volumetric filling machine. The two machines are electronically synchronized, so once the bag is ready, the product is automatically put in.
