2. Technological process of production.
pay off→cathode discharge oil→anode discharge oil→water
rinsing→pickling→water rinsing→tin or tin-lead alloy plating→water
rinsing→neutralization→water rinsing→drying→take up
3. Main process introduction.
Cathode discharge oil: remove the oil on the surface of copper wire to ensure the
binding force of the coating .
Anode discharge oil: same as the cathode discharge oil.
Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of the copper wire.
Water rinsing: clean the wire thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual
contamination of the tank.
Tin or tin-lead alloy plating: the copper wire is coated with a uniform coating.
Neutralization:neutralize the acid on the surface of copper wire to prevent
discoloration on the surface of the product.
