Recycling of lithium batteries is the material of
reusing/regenerating waste batteries through recycling process.
With the rapid increase in the consumption of lithium batteries,
waste lithium batteries also increase significantly. If the
scrapped lithium battery is not handled properly, the hexafluoro
acid carp, carbonate organic matter and heavy metals such as cobalt
and copper will inevitably pose a potential pollution threat to the

The pretreatment process of scrap lithium batteries is mainly to
recycle waste batteries. Battery discharging is the first step in
recycling batteries. The traditional discharging process undergoes
chemical reactions and is accompanied by a certain degree of
pollution, while the physical discharging process we use is
pollution-free.
After discharging, mechanical equipment is used to break, magnetic
separation, air separation, crushing, gravity separation, screening
and other processes, so that the powder on the anode and cathode
can be effectively separated from copper and aluminum foil.
Finally, a series of pollutants will appear in the process of
rupture and separation of waste lithium batteries and
high-temperature pyrolysis pre-solution, such as electrolyte
analysis, plastic film pyrolysis, dust and waste residue, etc.
These pollutants will cause serious damage to the atmosphere and
water. Therefore, our recycling equipment also includes air
