Product Description
The product can be classified into double roller crusher and four
roller crusher according to the roller quality. The products are
widely used in coal metallurgy ,mining,chemicals,building materials
and other industries is more applicable to large-scale coal mine or
coal preparation plant (including waste)is broken. Double roller
crusher with stable operation, easy maintenance, low cost, output
size adjustable.
Advantages
1.The rollers is wear-resisting chromium molybdenum copper alloy
with long service.
2.The gap between the rollers is adjustable, so that the output
size and capacity will be changed accordingly.
3.This crusher is equipped with motorless scraper. When the raw
material has high moisture content, it can avoid to affect the
output size and avoid sticking the roller or blocking the
machinehe.
4.According to requirement, it could be in flat roller or toothed
roller.
Working Principle
Two motors drive two rollers to run at high speed, the material
enters from the feeding mouth and collides with the two rollers.
The two rollers move in opposite directions at the same time, so
that the material is broken into the required discharging size.
