About us:
Wuxi Gaoshikang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established
in April 2019 with a registered capital of 12 million US dollars
and covers an area of 12,000 square meters. It is a high-tech
enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of
high-performance yarns and fabrics, with independent intellectual
property rights: six invention patents and eighteen new utility
patents. The company's main products include aramid,
flame-retardant viscose, polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide,
polyacrylonitrile and other yarns and fabrics.
The company is a governing unit of the China Safety and Health
Protection Products Committee and a joint training base for
postgraduate students of Donghua University. It focuses on the
research and development and production of safety and health
protection textiles. With sophisticated production equipment and
advanced testing instruments, it has developed a new technical
route for vortex spinning and fabrics of multi-component fibers
such as aramid. The yarns and fabrics produced have the advantages
of less hairiness, high temperature resistance, comfort, and no
balling after repeated washing.
The company has three production lines for safety and protection
textiles, and internationally advanced equipment including German
Trutzschler TC10 carding machine, Japanese Murata VORTEX 870 EX
vortex spinning machine, Japanese Murata tray automatic winder,
Tianmen TMFD81L auto-leveling draw frame, Jingwei JWF558-SM
electronic drafting and spinning frame, Uster testing system and
other domestic and foreign equipment and testing instruments.
