The vortex yarn has less hairiness. This is because the vortex yarn
is a double-structure yarn composed of wrapping fibers and new
fibers. The outer fibers are regularly spirally wrapped tightly on
the surface of the new fibers. Because of its unique yarn structure
Both ends and ends are twisted into the yarn. The yarn surface is
more stable, and the hairiness increase after processing is
significantly lower than that of other yarns.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends
are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5
meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat
fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection,
Industrial application and sewing threads.
