Such as spinning 40 public count acrylic yarn, with 10 (192
heads/set) PF-1 type vortex spinning machines, the output can reach
400kg/h. It is equivalent to the output of 20 (4000 heads) BD-200
air spinning machines, and is equivalent to the output of 40 ring
spinning machines with 16320 spindles. The output of one vortex
spinning head is equivalent to the output of 2.08 open-end spinning
heads or 8.5 ring spindles. Since eddy current spinning relies on
eddy current twisting, if the research continues to improve, the
spinning speed can continue to increase.

of yarn specifications and blend configurations. Meta-Aramid yarns
which are highly resistant to temperature, chemical resistant, and
flame resistant.
These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends
are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5
meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat
fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection,
Industrial application and sewing threads.
