Vortex spinning long fiber / Flame Retardant Knitting Yarn Ne30/2
Vortex spinning can process pure cotton yarn and has the advantages
of high spinning speed, so it has developed rapidly in the early
21st century. Vortex yarn has the structure of ring-spun yarn,
which has more functions and popular features. The yarn hairiness
is less, the pilling phenomenon of the fabric is also reduced, the
dyeing performance and abrasion resistance are good, the fabric
appearance is smooth, the moisture absorption is good, and the
drying is quick . Therefore, the vortex yarn fabric is mostly used
for knitted sweaters, casual clothes, home textile products, etc.,
and the product application fields are relatively wide.
Using aramid fiber stock solution color spinning, white pure
spinning, 3A blending, and blending with flame retardant viscose or
other high-performance fibers, the yarn not only has flame
retardant and high temperature resistance, but also has excellent
characteristics such as good evenness, no hairiness, and good wear
resistance.
We develop and produce technical fire retardant yarns based on
advanced materials (aramid, modacrylic, FR viscose...) in a variety
of yarn specifications and blend configurations. Meta-Aramid yarns
which are highly resistant to temperature, chemical resistant, and
flame resistant.
These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends
are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5
meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat
fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection,
Industrial application and sewing threads.
