The size of the ice cream cone products can be customised and the line can be produced in different sizes according to the different requirements of the customer. The same machine for baking ice cream cones, with a choice of different forming moulds, can produce a variety of cones, omelettes, waffle bowls etc.

The machine consists of a 240 x 240 mm baking tray made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking tray can be made into two conical plates. The machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones of less than 180 mm in length. The taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customised according to customer requirements. The machine is driven by a three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural or liquefied gas), electric and ignition heating and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very high, from spraying, baking, forming, mould dropping, conveying the product, stacking and counting are all carried out fully automatically.
