Functions of automatic winding machine

1. Use the servo motor to arrange the cable, rewind the 9-19MM width of the packing tape, and select the corresponding bandwidth through the touch screen for rewinding, without the need to manually replace the transmission gear.
2. After the winding is completed, the machine will automatically stop, and the paper tube will be replaced, the packing tape will be cut off and the packing tape head will be fixed by clips, and the winding operation will be performed automatically, and the whole process will be completed automatically.
3. The rewinding shaft uses the torque mode of the servo motor. The torsion force during rewinding can be set through the touch screen, so that the packing tapes of different gram weights or widths can be wound with appropriate torque, and the bending of the wrapping tapes after rewinding can be reduced as much as possible. deformed.
4. After the winding is completed, the packing belt that exits is automatically moved to the storage belt conveyor. About 3 rolls of packing belt can be placed on the conveyor, and the conveyor belt can also be lengthened according to customer needs.
