Scope of application
Ultrafiltration membrane technology is not only used in drinking
water treatment and domestic sewage treatment, but also used in the
treatment of circulating sewage from power plants, the treatment of
circulating sewage from cooling in mining areas, the treatment of
pulp and paper bleaching wastewater, and the treatment of
industrial wastewater such as sewage from iron and steel
enterprises.
UF Work Principle:
The Ultrafiltration is used to screening as separation principle
,that is process of membrane separation with the pressure ,the
precision of filtration is in 0.005-0.01μm range,which can
effectively remove particles ,colloids ,bacteria ,pyrogen and high
polymer organic matter in water .It can be widely applied to the
separation ,concentration,purification of substances .The Ultra
filtration Process has no phase inversion , operation under normal
temperature.It is better to separate for pyrogen ,and have good
resistance heat ,resistance acid &alkali and oxidation
resistance ,and it is continuously used under 60℃ and PH 2-11 for a
long time.
Pickling and phosphating process
It mainly removes various metal ions in sewage. Therefore, the main
body adopts a coagulation reaction tank and supplements OH- to the
sewage to adjust the pH of the sewage and form solid precipitates
with zinc and iron ions in the water. At the same time, anionic PAM
is added at this stage to mix monohydrogen phosphate and dihydrogen
phosphate ions with metal cations such as aluminum, iron and
calcium, and remove them as solid precipitates.
