Answer:You only need to take pictures / Video about the defective
lamps and send it to us and check, we will give you a free
replacement, you do not need to pay any replacement costs, and then

Answer: (1) UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/TOLL/Ocean Shipping.
(2) Please select your favorable shipping method; or we could offer

(3) The shipping discount differs in different season and depends
on the weight of goods; we will choose the safest and cheapest way

(4) Normally, it takes approx. 3-7days from China to destination
