10-15 pieces), then, get your sample approval, mass production. |

After model and prototype are confirmed, it will be mold design and
manufacturing, product injection and production assembly. We have
strict production management and an excellent manufacturing team.

engineering discussion is available at anytime. We have excellent
mold making lead time, some molds 40 days, some molds even 14 days,
up to your parts design.

Guangzhou Haoshun Mold Tech Co., Ltd (HMT) was founded in 2007 with
110+ employees, covers 5000㎡, it's a professional manufacturer
specialized in prototyping (3D printing / CNC machining / Vacuum
casting), toolmaking and plastic molded production. We now have 21
injection machines ranging from 50 to 1250 tons, the biggest
plastic part we can produce is 1260mm, and the weight is 4.5KG.
We can also make great tools for low-volume manufacturing,
especially when quantity for hundreds and thousands of parts, we
can use aluminum and Steel material to build the mold. To shorten
lead-time and reduce cost, we share the mold base and different
mold cavity. The material used will depend on the type of plastic,
characteristics of the parts and the number of parts you required. And we have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification
in 2015. Under the ISO9001 quality control system, it standardizes
our factory scientific management comprehensively.

us to further check, we will quote an accurate tooling cost and

Q1: How long can I get the product?
5-10 days for the small orders,15-30 days for bulk orders. Depends
on your specific items and production schedule, we can expedite for
you.
Q2: How to control product quality?
First full size inspection—Mass production—Check process (IPQC will
check the parts every 2 hours) —100% Shipping random checks
We have professional QC team, control the quality during from the
material incoming to the mass production and inspect the completely
goods before shipping.
Q3: What kinds of information you need for quote?
Please provide the .STEP 3D Model File for us, and further advise
the 2D drawings with tolerance requirements would be better. So
that we can further check the part structure, dimension and weight.
Q4: OEM/ODM, or customer’s logo printed is available?
Yes, OEM/ODM, customer’s logo are welcomed.
Q5: What’s your payment terms?
Regularly doing 50% deposit and 50% balance by T/T, Western Union,
Paypay, other payment terms also can be discussed based on our
cooperation.
