Product Advantages of Core Builder Machine:
The equipment is easy to operate and can be set two operation
modes: automatic operation and manual operation. The automatic
operation mode is one-button operation, which is used for normal
radiator or condenser core assembly production.
Manual operation mode is used for device mechanism adjustment.
The mechanism is composed of: cylinder, rear guide column, bearing,
T screw, front guide column, guide sleeve, pressure plate and so
on.
Function: The core is pressed in the assembly, the cylinder is used
to press, to ensure that the width of the product core is within
the range of the process requirements, so that the collection tube
can be installed smoothly.
Product funtions of Core Builder Machine:
Through PLC control and sensor signal exchange, control a variety
of intermediate relays and solenoid valves, so that the
implementation of the components to coordinate the work.
The equipment can be set automatic operation and manual operation
of two modes, operators can switch according to the need.
The automatic operation mode is one-key operation, which is used
for normal core assembly production.
Manual operation mode is used when adjusting the mechanism of the
device.

1.What is the maximum size of the core that can be assembled by
semi automatic core building machine ?
At the moment we assembled the maximum size of core is
1200*1200mm,two rows.
2.Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same
machine ?
No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the
cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to
assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.
3.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core
and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and
condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
