Product Application of Core Assembly Machine:
This machine can assemble the head plate, fin, side plate, and
other workpiece one-time assembly into the radiator core body.
The machine works smoothly, easy to operate, fast assembly, low
energy consumption and no noise, accurate assembly size, uniform
distribution, core forming neat and beautiful, easy to braze
forming.
Product Feature of Core Assembly Machine:
The equipment is easy to operate and can be set two operation
modes: automatic operation and manual operation. The automatic
operation mode is one-button operation, which is used for normal
radiator or condenser core assembly production.
Manual operation mode is used for device mechanism adjustment
The whole equipment adopts mechanical and electrical combination,
PLC control, pneumatic components with mechanical device execution
structure, with manual operation (tube, tape, head plate),
automatic patting, clamping, assembly and other steps to complete
the core assembly.

FAQ:
1.What is the maximum size of the core that can be assembled by
semi automatic core building machine ?
At the moment we assembled the maximum size of core is
1200*1200mm,two rows.
2.Does it can use different specifications of tubes in the same
machine at the same time?
Yes ,it can install separately the size of 16,22,26,32mm and so on
of different tubes.
3.Is it belongs to the customized products?
We can customize the size of the core according to the actual
production requirements.
4.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core
and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and
condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
