Basic structure
The internal mixer is generally composed of internal mixing
chamber, two relatively rotating rotors, upper top bolt, lower top
bolt, temperature measurement system, heating and cooling system,
exhaust system, safety device, discharge device and recording
device. The surface of the rotor has spiral protruding edges, and
the number of protruding edges includes two edges, four edges and
six edges. The section geometry of the rotor has three types:
triangular, cylindrical or elliptical, including tangential type
and meshing type. The temperature measurement system is composed of
