materials flow towards along the inclined rotating drum,materials

apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material
exits at the other end of the drum.

Applications
It is widely used for mining sieving and construction waste, as
well as many other kinds of materials, for example: compost,
agriculture waste recycling, river sand, ore, refractory materials,
grape pomace, chemical etc. It provides a simple, efficient and

Working Principle
The roller device is installed on the rack at an angle. The motor
is connected to the roller device via a reducer through a coupling,
and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the
material enters the roller device, due to the inclination and
rotation of the roller device, the material on the screen surface
is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product
under the screen) is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of
the rear end of the roller, and the unqualified material (screen
Upper product) is discharged through the discharge port at the rear
of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials in the
drum, the materials stuck in the screen holes can be ejected to
prevent the screen holes from being blocked. The principle
structure of the roller screen sand machine, roller screener and
roller screen is almost the same, but there are differences in
people's understanding and terminology.
