Liporase is a Hyaluronidase-based solution that is injected into
the skin to dissolve HA-based soft-tissue fillers or to increase
the effectiveness of fat-resolving injections. Produced by Daehan
New Pharm this product offers high patient satisfaction. It can
also be applied in emergency cases when a dermal filler was
accidentally injected into an artery or with the purpose to simply
restore the patient's natural appearance.
Usage of hyaluronidase
The concentration of a hyaluronidase is 1500U, and its dissolution
methods are generally various, depending on the preferences of
doctors. Some experts commonly use the following dissolution
methods: 1500 IU (one hyaluronidase)+3 ml sodium chloride for
injection → divided into 10 branches → capable of dissolving 10 ml
of hyaluronic acid; The specific amount of enzyme injected is
determined by the amount of hyaluronic acid injected.

Specific ratio method of lysozyme
Take a bottle of lysozyme, draw about 3ml of physiological saline
(NS) and inject it into the bottle. Dissolve the dry powder, and
place it in cold storage for standby. Each time you use it, use a
1ml syringe to extract 0.3ml of the dissolved enzyme, and add NS to
1ml. This 1ml of lysozyme can basically dissolve 1ml of vinos small
molecules. However, for products with high cross-linking degree,
the concentration of lysozyme should be increased, but do not
directly dissolve with the original solution, as the concentration
is too high. The specific dosage depends on the need, but the
one-time dosage does not exceed 1500u.
Lysozyme skin test
Take 0.02ml of 150u/ml solution for intradermal injection. If a
rash with pseudopodia appears within 5 minutes, lasting for 20-30
minutes, and there is a itching sensation, it is positive. However,
if one-time erythema occurs locally due to vasodilation, it is not
positive.
Precautions for the ratio of lysozyme
The prepared lysozyme is an aqueous solution that is extremely
unstable and should be prepared before use. The remaining solution
can be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius for 2
weeks, but if there is discoloration or precipitation, it cannot be
reused
Excessive treatment of lysozyme injection
Excessive injection can lead to local edema and allergic symptoms
such as erythema, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, accelerated
heartbeat, and decreased blood pressure. Drug withdrawal should be
timely and supportive therapy should be used. Emergency treatment
can include epinephrine, corticosteroids, and antihistamines.
Storage of Configuration Fluid:
1.Liporase (Liporase injection) Ovine is supplied sterile as 200
USP Units/ mL of ovine Liporase non-preserved, 1.2 ml in a
single-use 2 mL glass vial with a rubber stopper and aluminum seal.
2.Protect from light.
3.Store unopened vial in refrigerator at 2° to 8°C (35° to 46°F).
4.Do not freeze.
5.Storage of Configuration Liquid: The formulated lysozyme is
extremely unstable in aqueous solution and should be prepared
before use. The remaining solution can be stored at temperatures
