We can produce other decitex and filament count yarns according to your requirement, our dtex count ranging is from 125 dtex to 1230 dtex with different shrinkage, elongation and tenacity characteristics.

Application:
Polyetheretherketone fiber is a wholly aromatic fiber with the presence of ether bonds and ketone bonds, which makes the fiber's high temperature resistance, friction and corrosion resistance much higher than conventional fibers. Polyetheretherketone fiber is mainly used in aerospace, composite materials for structural components required for weaponry, braided sheath for aerospace high-performance wire and cable, and dry canvas for papermaking machinery in civil fields, heat-resistant filter cloth, Heat resistant and corrosion resistant textile tape, Composite materials (mixed with glass fiber, carbon fiber), high temperature resistant materials for the energy industry.

Braided sleeve bushings (usually 0.2-0.3mm monofilament weaving): wires for protecting harsh environments, electronic circuits; sutures and ligaments: excellent recovery and high energy absorption make PEEK fiber suitable for medical sutures and ligament materials, as well as other rope and string products; ropes: composite yarns made of ropes, used to filter fabrics and belt reinforcements; strings: sports strings and tube strings, especially tennis strings and strings, with unique properties.
