XM-110 new type internal mixer is an innovative and upgraded product.
Compared with the turning kneader of the same specification, it has high working efficiency, good sealing and compact structure,
small floor space, economical and applicable.

1. The upper jack bolt is driven by hydraulic double cylinders, which runs smoothly and can realize constant pressure control of
the rubber material, solves the phenomenon of air leakage pressure instability of the cylinder, and greatly improves the
quality of rubber mixing.
2. The speed of the rotor is increased, and the mixing time of the rubber material is shortened under the same rubber mixing
process requirements.

Effectively reduce unit energy consumption and improve production efficiency.
3. Workpieces involved in rubber mixing, such as rotors, upper jack bolts, discharge doors, mixing chambers, etc use
wear-resistant welding consumables, improve strength and wear resistance, prolong the service life of the workpiece, and
design the cooling water cavity to ensure the quality of rubber mixing.
4. The rotor end face seal is sealed with thin oil, and the sealing pressure oil cylinder is automatically adjusted without
manual intervention. Make sure there is no dust leakage.
5. The power of the equipment is changed to a frequency conversion motor with moderate power and energy saving. The reducer
adopts a double-drive hard-tooth surface reducer, and the safety factor is increased to ensure the safe operation of the
equipment.
6. The mixing chamber is changed to the bottom discharge method, which has a simple structure and can be linked with the upper
auxiliary machine, fully automatic PLC control, and truly realizes the closed automatic rubber mixing.
