1. FPV Ag Pet Rapid Test Kit Principle
The Feline Panleukopenia virus Antigen Rapid Test Card is based on
immunochromatographic principle. The colloidal gold is labeled with
anti-Feline Panleukopenia virus-specific monoclonal antibody, T
line of packet NC film is labeled with another specific monoclonal
panleukopenia virus, C line is coated with goat-anti-mouse
polyclonal antibody. When the sample is positive, the specific
monoclonal antibodies marked on the colloidal gold will bind
panleukopenia virus, when chromatography to T line, capture by the
antibody coated on T-line and appear a visible red stripe, when
chromatography to the C line, the uncaught one will bind the coated
goat -anti-mouse antibody at the C-line to form a red stripe. When
the test sample is negative, only C line form a red stripe.

3. Test Procedure
1) Use swab to collect sample from rectum, or directly from fresh
feces;
2) Insert the swab into sample buffer, mix and stir to make it
dissolved completely, use dropper to take the supernatant (clear
up-layer);
3) Take out test card, open package, put it on desk flatly, use
dropper to absorb supernatant (clear up-layer), adding 2-3 drops
slowly and accurately;
4) Read the result in 5~10min.
4. Result judgment
1)Negative: no color reaction on Test Line (T Line), only on
Control Line(C Line) being seen wine-red color reaction
2) Positive: Both on T Line and C line being seen wine-red color
reaction.
3) Invalid: No color reaction on C Line. It may because error test
procedure or test card is invalid. Re-read the instruction, use new
test card to test again.

5. Specifications, Storage and Stability
Package: 10T/box
Store at 4~30℃ sealed, dry place, avoid light, no frozen. Shelf
life: 12 months.
6. Precautions
1) The test card is disposable;
2) Do not use test card out of expiry date, treat waste properly;
3) Do not touch white membrane in the middle of test card;
4) Do not repeat use the dropper to avoid cross pollution;
5) The sample should test immediately, otherwise store in cold,
sealed place, store in frozen if beyond 24 hours;
6) Contact supplier for any questions;
7) This kit is a qualitative screening reagent, a clear clinical
diagnosis should be made after taking into account all clinical and
laboratory phenomenon.
