According to the requirements of ignition coils, our company has developed and produced a special enameled wire for automobile ignition coils with excellent appearance, good solderability, high softening resistance and stable production process. The enameled wire used for the automobile ignition coil uses a brushed copper wire, and the brushed copper wire is coated with an insulating primer layer of low-temperature solder, and then coated with a softening-resistant insulating topcoat layer on the low-temperature solder insulating primer layer. The insulating paint composition is high temperature resistant polyurethane.
