Slotting knife adjustment mechanis
1) The knife shaft is a seamless steel tube, after two grinding
processes, the surface is plated with hard chromium, and the
movement is stable.
2) The slotting width is 7mm.
3) The box height adjustment adopts four-knife synchronous electric
adjustment and button control.
4) Manual adjustment of the gap dial of the slotting tool holder,
the adjustment range is 3-12mm, the cross slide mechanism is
adopted, and the transmission gear always guarantees the correct
meshing state during adjustment.
Slotting phase adjustment mechanism
1) Planetary gear mechanism.
2) The slotting phase is adjusted by a digital input 360° computer
touch screen, and the machine can be adjusted during operation and
stop.
Pre-pressing wheel: The upper and lower are super-wide large-arc
counter-rolling, and the lower wheel is a circular-arc wheel, which
effectively destroys the corrugation inside the cardboard.
Forming crimping wheel: The upper wheel is designed with a rubber
wheel, and the lower wheel is a single-line design with imitation
die-cutting. The crimping line is not easy to break, and the
folding line is straight and easy to fold. The pressing effect is
greatly improved, laying a good foundation for the subsequent
processing of the carton. Effectively improve the working
efficiency of the automatic box gluer or automatic nail box
machine.
