processes. 2).Quality Control Department specially responsible for
quality checking in each process. 3). We will send testing video to
custmer and do video inspection. 4). Custmer also can send person

Q:Do you have manual with the machine? A:Yes,of course.It is in English version. We also have video of how
to run machine and change mould.
Q:What is our warranty? A:Our machine warranty is one year start from machine arrive the
client’s place, the parts can be replaced for free within one
year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the
after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen
can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.
Q:Can you offer us the necessary paper to do the customs clearance? A:Yes,of course.We will send you the commercial invoice,sales
contract,packing list,bill of lading(FOB or CFR,CIF
terms),insurance policy(if CIF terms),also CO if you need.
