In the process of capping, the servo motor can control the capping
curve movement, and realize digital capping torque control.
Capping head height changing (electronic cam)
1. No mechanical cams needed.
2. When changing production, choose the product to switch the cam
curv via the touch screen, highly efficient.
3. If new bottle added later, just add a cam curve without
designing a new cam.
4. Does not cause wear like mechanical cams.
5. The position of the lifting shaft can be monitored in real time
in the system, and real-time data can be mastered. These data can
also be used in the capping process control.
