However if this is not possible, our in-house designer can make the
artwork.2) What will be the best way to send my artwork?A: The best way is send your artwork by email.3) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?
A:Since it's mass production in our printing industry,when we set
up our high speed printing machine,there would have plates setup
cost,if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG
proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order
shipment.
B:Or we can send some related sample for you,not exact the same
with your requirement,but you can check the material,quality and
other things you want to know.
4)What is your MOQ?
A:There is no min. order limit,but different quantity have
different price,the quantity is larger the price would be cheaper.
5)What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of
each option?
A:DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express
delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
6) How about the lead time?
A :one working day for artwork
-3-5 days for sampling of the embroidery/woven/ PVC/silicon
-6-10days for mass production of embroidery/ woven /lanyard/
PVC/silicon products within 5k-10k
-7-9 days for sampling of metal items, 12-15 days for metal mass
production
7) How much for delivery ?
A:It is up to the weight of the package, we compared the cheapest
cost for you.
8)What kind of payment options you provide?
A:Wire Transfer,Online payment (Paypal, ESCROW),western union and
so on.
