Biodegradation is a process of crushing, degrading, and sterilizing
animal carcasses in the degradation reaction system (while adding
appropriate amounts of auxiliary materials and degrading agents)
based on the principle of fermentation and degradation of
microorganisms. Process advantages: It can convert sick and dead livestock and
poultry into reusable organic fertilizer.
Process disadvantages:
1. Long processing time (24 hours)
2. High processing cost (need to add auxiliary materials and
degradants)
3. Low processing temperature (maximum 90 degrees) ),
the cost of incomplete sterilization treatment:
1. Each ton of sick and dead pigs needs to add 2 ㎏ fermentation
strains (60 yuan/㎏)
2. Each ton of sick and dead pigs needs to add 500 ㎏ of auxiliary
materials (wood chips/rice husk/bran). 150 yuan
3. Labor cost (2 persons, 4000 yuan/person, average 260 yuan/ton)
4. Electricity fee: according to agricultural electricity 0.5
yuan/kWh, processing power consumption per ton is 100 kWh, about 50
yuan/ton
5. Total : 120+150+260+50=580 yuan
