chlorination modification of PVC resin. The product is white or
light yellow, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic loose particles or
powder. PVC resin after chlorination, molecular bond irregularity
increases, polarity increases, so that the solubility of resin
increases, chemical stability increases, so as to improve the heat
resistance of the material, acid, alkali, salt, oxidant corrosion.
The mechanical properties of the resin at thermal deformation
temperature were improved, the chlorine content was increased from
56.7% to 63-69%, the vica softening temperature was increased from
72-82 ℃ to 90-125 ℃, the highest service temperature was 110 ℃, and
the long-term service temperature was 95 ℃
