Piping Arrangement Method of Squeeze Mortar Grouting Pump:
The correct laying and arrangement of pipes is the prerequisite to
ensure failure-free pumping mortar. The following principles should
be followed when laying pipes:
1. When choosing the pipeline laying route, shorten the pipeline
length as far as possible and reduce the number of turns.
2. Pipes must be installed firmly and reliably, and should be
installed in a place easily accessible for easy loading and
unloading and maintenance.
3. Horizontal section should not be too long, more than 30m when
the inclined line layout as far as possible to avoid mortar
precipitation segregation.
4. When using rubber hose transportation, pay attention to the
turning radius of the pipe is not less than 1m to ensure smooth
pipeline.

Working performance of Squeeze Mortar Grouting Pump:
1. Because of full hydraulic pressure, small volume and light
weight, it can be used in a wide range of construction.
2. The adjustable performance is better: within the design range,
the pressure displacement of the pump can be arbitrarily adjusted.
When the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the relief valve
will automatically open and the cylinder and working cylinder will
stop working, thus playing a safe role.
3. In coal mines and other flammable and explosive construction
sites, the series of hydraulic grouting motors use explosion-proof
motors, but also can be used safely.
4. The anti-seismic pressure gauge is installed in the oil pressure
system, which can accurately reflect the working state of the pump.
