A: We have factory and company, over 10 years experience, welcome
to visit.
Q: Is sample order acceptable?
A: Yes, for all batteries or battery packs, sample orders for
testing quality is reasonable and acceptable.
Q: Is your battery quality approved?
A: Yes, we guarantee that all cells are 100% original from various
big brands. And we will have full inspection of each cells and
grouping them before assembling into battery packs. And all
finished battery packs will be under a full inspection before
shipment.
Q: How to proceed with an order?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements about battery pack:
(Application,Voltage,Capacity ,Current,Power,Size...)
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our
suggestions;
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for
formal order;
Finally, we arrange the production and then delivery.
Q: What is your lead time if I placed an order?
A:For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days
after payment received. For these that we don't stock for the
moment, such as customized battery packs, the sample needs 5-10
days, mass production time needs 3-5 weeks, it depends on order
quantity.
Q: Is this product safe?
A: Passed the overcharge, over discharge, over temperature, short
circuit, acupuncture and other safety tests,no fire, no explosion
at any circumstance.
Q: Do you provide after-sales service?
A: Yes,the warranty is 1-5 years, if any quality problems on our
side in this period, we can send new one as replacement.
