In the unlikely event your item arrives with physical damage, we need to be notified within 24 hours of signing for the goods, whereupon we will immediately send a replacement. We will then make a claim against the courier for damages, you will need to keep the original item with all original packaging for them to inspect it. We cannot accept any claims outside of this time frame sorry.

We are happy to announce that all the LCD / LED Screens purchased from us comes with 90 days replacement warranty.

Please note that warranty only cover against defects in material and workmanship. While defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product(s) caused by damage resulting from acts of God (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted.

If the product(s) became faulty during this period we will be happy to replace it. Simply contact us first and further instructions will be provided.

Extended 12 month Warranty can be purchased for all LCD / LED screens, please contact us for further information.

We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations as of 13th June 2014, therefore we will offer 14 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange). Refund will not be considered after the 14 days.

All return items must be in their original condition, present with all original packaging.
