1. Q: You are the factory or trade company?
A: we are the factory,all massage chairs are produced by ourselves.
2.Q: what is your MOQ for massage chair ?
A: 5 units per model. Sample order is also available
3 . Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30-45days after receiving your advance
payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the
quantity of your order.
Sample order within 2 week working days.
4. Q: Can it be OEM?
A: Yes, OEM is available, all products can be customized to meet
your demand . Including Logo, Packing, User manual etc.
5. Q: What is the payment term?
A:T/T,L/C, alibaba trade assurance payment are all available.30%
deposit in advance and balance 70% should be paid when goods ready
to ship.
6. Q: What are your warranty terms?
A: We offer one year warranty for the product we exported. If order
full container quantity, will offer some free charge spare
parts(like main PCB, motor, transformer,etc), which will be useful
for future maintenance.
