The hardness of the output water test by the "chrome black T
reagent" showed blue is qualified (<0.03mmoL/L).
First stage pretreatment.(Sand filter)
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to
remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid
material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other
particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.
Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water,
smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms,
reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and
other harmful pollutants.
Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)
Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove
hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis
membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.
Exchange process as follow:
2RNa + Ca2+ = R2Ca + 2Na+ |
2RNa + Mg2+ = R2Mg + 2Na+ |
R2Ca + 2NaCl = 2RNa + CaCl2 |
R2Mg + 2NaCl = 2RNa + MgCl2 |

1.Press Working process you will see picture as bellow:
This one show whole system running and water level in raw water
tank and pure water tank. When it is working, light will be
blinking.
2.Press manual operation
You can press start or stop to control pumps and valves manual.
After manual operate, pls change to auto mode. When it is blinking
means part is working, if you need to stop it, just press stop or
off button.
Notice: when you start manual operation, all protection function
will be useless.
