Description of P025 PCB Pancake Slip Ring

P025 series PCB slip ring has an inner diameter of 25.4mm and a thickness of 6mm (the thinnest can reach 5mm). The P025 series innovatively uses PCB substrate, ultra-hard gold plating treatment, and ultra-thick copper foil technology to support the mixed transmission of current and signal. It has the characteristics of high stability, low torque, low loss, maintenance-free, low electrical noise, and ultra-long lifespan.

P025 PCB Pancake Slip Ring Grade Table

When you have a height restriction, a "pancake" slip rings - also called a "flat" or "platter" ring - could be the best solution. These slip ring units are based on a disc-shaped rotor, which is embedded with concentric grooves to carry the signal and power, with a brush block assembly mounted over the top to act as the stator. We can customize this type of slip ring from 4 to 50 channels, in any center bore size. Contacts use precious metals and operating speed depends on the number of channels and overall size of the slip ring.
