Description of BH38119 Signal Slip Ring
Industrial Bus Slip Rings have several advantages that effectively
improve the data transmission efficiency and reliability of
rotating equipment, meeting the needs of industrial automation and
control systems.
The BH38119 series strong and weak electrical signal slip ring is a
customized slip ring series with a 50mm aperture and 119mm outer
diameter. Apart from the fixed aperture and outer diameter, signal
types can be customized. The BH38119 series slip ring can not only
transmit 2A/5A/10A/30A currents through 360 degrees rotation but
also stably and accurately transmit various signals such as HDMI,
HD-SDI, 100M/1000M Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, Profibus bus
signal, etc. The maximum number of circuits for BH38119 is 168,
which can meet most requirements.
Features of BH38119 Signal Slip Ring
1. Hole size of 38.1mm and an outer diameter of 119mm with a
maximum of 168 circuits, making it suitable for use in various
applications.
2. Accurately transmits high-speed data, including Gigabit
Ethernet, ensuring fast and reliable data transfer.
3. Stable transmission of various signal types, such as RS-232,
RS-485, RS-422, VGA, and other communication protocols.
4. Stable transmission of industrial bus signals, such as Profibus,
LonWorks, CanBus, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and other communication
protocols widely used in industrial automation and control systems.
5. Can transmit mixed signals, such as USB, HDMI, 1000M Ethernet,
fiber optic, VGA, DVI, coaxial RF (high frequency), among others,
making it suitable for various applications.
6. Stable transmission of Ethernet data at speeds of 10M / 100M /
1000M BaseT, ensuring reliable data transfer in industrial Ethernet
networks.
