Product Description

Impeller: -The rotating wet part of slurry pump

Liner: -The wet part forms the channel transfering the slurry.

-The liner is inside the pump case

The material of impeller and liner is required abrasive-resistant. It is high chrome cast iron alloy, Cr26, Cr27, Cr28, A05, A07, A49.

Technology

High chrome alloy material

1. A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions.The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is supported by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.

2. A07 Marten-sic white iron with moderate erosion resistance.

3. A49 is usually apply in low pH corrosion duties, where erosive-resistance is also needed. The alloy is particularly suitable for Flue Gas Desulphu-rization(FGD) and other corrosive applications, pH less than 4. A49 has an erosion resistance similar to that of Ni-Hard

Application

The material of the slurry pump impeller and liner is anti-abrasive. The slurry pump is use for ore slurry transfering in coal mining, gold mining, iron mining and copper mining. The impeller and volute liner is the replacement of warman 10/8st- type slurry pump wet parts. ODM is also available in our factory. Our experts are able to make cast mould according drawings.
