Product Description
Impeller is the replacement of wet parts of 4/3C- slurry pump. The
material is A05 high chrome alloy. 3/2c- impeller is close type
with five blades. The maximum size of the paticle that can pass the
impeller is 28mm.
The slurry pump liner is also important transflux wet parts of
4/3C-. The volute liner is inside pump case to shape the channel
for slurry. The material of liner must be wear-resistant to
transfering slurry.

Technology
High chrome alloy cast
1. A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent
performance under erosive conditions. It can apply in a wide range
of slurry types. The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is supported
by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy
A05 is particularly suited to applications where mild corrosion
resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.
2. A07 Marten-sic white iron with moderate erosion resistance.
3. A49 is usually apply in low pH corrosion duties, where
erosive-resistance is also needed. The alloy is particularly
suitable for Flue Gas Desulphu-rization(FGD) and other corrosive
applications, pH less than 4. A49 has an erosion resistance similar
to that of Ni-Hard
Application
Impeller and volute liner is usd for 4/3C- slurry pump wet parts
replacement. 4/3C- slurry pump is widely applied in coal mining,
tailing, sewage disposal, powe plant FDG, gold mine, copper mine,
nickel mine, and etc. The material A05,A07,A49 is suitable for most
wear-resistance and erosion resistance working conditions. Slurrp
