    The APX series of pH/ORP analyzers from Dreifenol can be connected to a variety of traditional pH/T or ORP composite sensors; A variety of models support differential signal input and support access to solution grounded pH sensors to solve operational problems in the presence of stray voltages and ground loops in the solution. APX is designed to meet the needs of many applications.
    The APX series of industrial online pH/ORP analyzers not only meet the continuous measurement and display function, but also achieve signal output and control functions. There are a variety of output configurations to choose from to meet the different needs of low cost and high performance.


    PH ORP Controller Features:

    • Temperature unit: Automatic/manual temperature compensation for NTC10K or PT1000

    • High and low alarms, automatic dosing and automatic cleaning can be set.

    • 1 channel 0/4~20mA current

    • Support AC power supply of 100 ~ 240 VAC orDC power supply of 18 ~ 36 VDC


    Wiring instructions for PH ORP Controller:


    Place the controller with the screen facing down on the foam pad.Use a phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws of the back cover.Take out the cable glands.Insert the cable glands into the reserved hole,tighten the nut inside the rear cover.Loosen the nut on the outside of the rear cover.Insert the power cable into the gland on one side.Pass the pH sensor wire through the other side.Note: Do not cross the power line and the sensor line to prevent the drift of the measurement data caused by interference.The power cable has two ends.The brown live wire is connected to the terminal hole marked "L".The blue neutral wire is connected to the terminal hole marked "N".The pH sensor with temperature has four wire ends and are usually marked with a wire mark.The red wire end is connected to the terminal hole marked "ACT".The black wire end is connected to the terminal hole marked "REF".Two temperature wire ends are connected to the terminal hole marked "TEMP" .Both the left and right sides of the ACT terminals can be inserted, and they should be tightened after insertion.The pH sensor without a temperature unit has two wire ends.Just insert it according to the line mark .After the wiring is completed, close the back cover, tighten the screws on the four corners, and tighten the nuts of the glan head.Turn on the power switch,The pH controller screen will light up.Now it can start to work normally.
