and extruder collected by the system, the speed of tractor and
extruder screw can be adjusted in real time to stabilize the
product wall thickness. By controlling the minimum wall thickness
and adjusting the concentricity in continuous production, the total
consumption of raw materials is controlled, and the goal of saving
1-5% of raw materials is realized. The system is widely used in the
production of plastic pipe, cable, optical cable, plastic film and
other products overweight control.The single screw extruder or twin
screw extruder equiped with this machhine,its output will be more
stable.
