Gravimetric Blending System under WalthMac Mainly used for accurately batching and mixing multi-component raw
materials automatically, replacing traditional manual and other
inefficient mixing methods, greatly improving production efficiency
and product quality.WBB-H is an upgraded version of WBB-S,in
addition to higher accuracy, its agitator is visual and uses a
weighing sensor, making it easier for users to understand the
mixing situation.

5.The principle for saving raw material
Accurately and stably control the blanking accuracy of each raw
material to achieve high-precision mixing, thereby saving raw
materials and reducing unnecessary waste.
6.How to install system
There has 2 times of conveying materials,one is delivering raw
materials from backets(or other storage place) to machine's material inlet by vacuum loader,another is conveying mixing from bottom hopper to
vacuum loader which is set on extruder.
This way only need to convey raw materials once,vacuum loader will
deliver materials into machine,after mixing,the mixer will be
release directly to adapter then to extruder,means just need to set
it on extruder and add an adapter.
