Gravimetric Stuffing System under WalthMac is mainly an automated system used in the optical
cables industry to control the weight per meter of production
lines. It controls the meter weight data of the production line by
controlling the screw speed of the extruder and the linear speed of
the haul off, thereby achieving effective control of the wall
thickness of the optical cables, bringing enormous benefits to the
manufacturers.If we want to use 1000 tons of material to make cable
products, we can save up to 50 tons of material for reproduction
through our meter weight control.

4.The principle for saving raw material
After setting the meter weight value, continuously measure the
weight per meter of the extruded product, and adjust the screw
speed and traction machine speed of the extruder to achieve
real-time control of the pipe wall thickness.

With adapter and bracket, install the rice weight system on the
extruder, and feed the rice weight directly through the storage
hopper.
