Online Pipe Thickness Measuring Machine under WalthMac is a
real-time monitoring system for the quality of plastic pipes.
Including world-class ultrasound and data processing software and
hardware, it can achieve online measurement of various geometric
dimensions such as pipe wall thickness, which can detect product
defects in the first time, reduce product quality risks and
production costs, and ensure a simple and orderly production
management process.
2.Main Components
The scanning box will scan the pipe after cooling,probes in
scanning box will gauge the thickness and send data to DSP,then the
data will be shown to Man-machine Interface,after that,controller
send the signal to production line to remark the problem pipes.
