ultrasound and data processing software and hardware, which can
achieve online measurement of various geometric dimensions such as

6.Applicable Scope
Online Thickness Measurement System is useful for many types of
plastic pipes like gas pipes, water supply pipes, drainage pipes,
etc. Continuously real-time measure and monitor the changes of
thickness, outer diameter, eccentricity, and out of roundness
during the entire process of pipe production.
7.The Installation
After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a
scanning box(Online Thickness Measurement System) to measure the
thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects
using ultrasound.
