WalthMac WBB Series Gravimetric Batch Blender under WalthMac is a weighing and mixing
system,this model belongs to WBB-H series,it has two procedures of
weighing unit,one is weighing the mixed materials from six hoppers
before into the mix chamber,another is before blending,will weigh
the materials when it meet the setting value.

- Air Source Processor works as converting compressed air into
kinetic energy

Gravimetric Batch Blender is applicable for plastic
film,cables,plastic modification industires.The raw materials also
be required in good flowability,so that it won't stock in the
machine.
7.Way of installation
Setting Gravimetric Batch Blender with an adapter on the extruder
,this installation needs to convey raw materials once from storage
to system by vacuum loader.
Setting the Gravimetric Batch Blender on the floor with a
platform,there will convey raw materials twice ,first step is from
storage to system by vacuum loaders,second step is from the bottom
hopper of Gravimetric Batch Blender to vacuum loader upon the
material hopper which set on the extruder.
