Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol AOS-CHECK is a geometry measuring software, can be used
with manual/automatic vision measuring system, one touch inspection
system, measuring microscopes, etc. It has the features of:
Easy Operation: Just click measuring button after set well program,
the software will work out all the necessary dimensional value in a
few seconds. It also can automatically recognize program, put the
specimens on stage, software can automatically recognize and recall
the corresponding program to complete the measurement (this
functions of for one touch inspection system).
Quick measuring, not only quickly measure single specimen, but also
can measure all the same specimens in the field of view, realize
simultaneously measure multiple specimens.
High Accuracy: no focus distance caused by segment gap, no
deformation, with the advantages of measuring software to ensure
the measuring accuracy.

3.1, Measurement of point, line, circle, angle distance, rectangle
and screw thread.
3.2, With multiple pointing method, ensure to get accurate point.
3.3, According to basic image element to construct the requested
measuring result, can realize multiple combination measurement.
3.4, Available to realize user-defined coordinate to measure
specific specimens.
3.5, Intersecting, bisecting, perpendicularity, parallel, tangent
function, more intuitive measurement of customer size.
3.6, Has the function of report, according to the measurement
result of customer demand can output Word, Excel and Txt format
report.
3.7, With SPC function, SPC can control the size according to
customer requirement.
3.8, Users can set tolerances according to their own product
specifications. The software can automatically judge good or bad
products according to tolerances and make OK or NG status display
at the same time.
3.9, CAD output can make the measurement results export in the way
of DXF file.
