Working process
When the "on/off" button is pressed, compressed air enters the
vacuum generator, and the discharge door of the hopper is closed
under the push of the cylinder, resulting in a vacuum in the
hopper. The vacuum feeder forms a flow of air under the vacuum.
Under the action of this flow, the material is transported to the
vacuum hopper through the hose. After a certain time (the feeding
time can be adjusted), the compressed air is closed, and the
pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce a vacuum.
At the same time, the discharge door of the hopper is opened under
the push of the cylinder, the vacuum of the vacuum feeder
disappears, and the material is discharged from the discharge door, automatically put into the receiving equipment (such as sheet
press, packaging machine, etc.), at the same time, stored in the
air bag of compression Air blowback filter, filter automatic cleaning; After setting the
time (feeding time, adjustable), the compressed air restarts, the vacuum generator produces vacuum,
the discharge door is closed, the vacuum feeder continues to cycle
feeding, material is continuously into the material receiving
equipment. The material level is controlled on the vacuum. For the
vacuum feeder with level control, the material in the hopper of the
receiving equipment is automatically fed through the level
controller. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher
than a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops feeding; When the
material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder
starts automatically to complete the feeding of the receiving
equipment.
