| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Our minimum order quantity will be 1000 pieces if you would like to
place an order. It isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us
if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a
small order will be very high.

| Production turn-around time: | We owns 5 sets of Germany Heidelberg printing press to print the Rigid Paper Box beautifully. We owns 2 sets of automatic gluing machines to glue
the paper box in very high efficiency. So, we usually needs about
10-15 business days to finish the mass production.

| Sample making: | The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days.
The sample fee wil be around 100-200USD. The sample fee can be
refunded when the mass production is confirmed.

| FOB Port: | Most of our rigid paper box are exported through the Guangzhou, China.

1. Question: How soon can you finish the mass production?
Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For
the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you
finished the prepayment. Since we finished all our paper boxes
under one roof, our production will be fast and high quality. Our
sales will keep tracking the progress and inform you before we
finished.
2. Question: Is your price competitive?
Answer: We are a high quality custom made paper packaging box and
paper bag supplier in south-east China, located in
Guangzhou(Canton). We have the very strict quality control to
remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use the
high quality paper materials for our products. Our price quote is
very competitive among most suppliers. But we don't supply the
cheap boxes.
3.. Question: How could you assure the quality of the printing and
the packaging?
Answer: The sample box is the key point. Frist, we will make the
sample to let you check and confirm. After you confirm the sample,
we will start the mass production and everything will be based on
the sample. If you have your own sample, you can send to us and we
can match everything to the sample. For the accurate color
matching, we also need your sample to better match the color.
