1. All parts of the cup lid forming machine in contact with the
plastic sheet are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials,
in line with GMP requirements.
The main motor of the cup lid forming machine adopts frequency
conversion speed regulation: the number of punching times can be
adjusted from 10 to 20 times per minute, and the appropriate number
of punching times can be set according to the length of the stroke
and the difficulty of forming.
2. The automatic single-layer paper lid forming machine is suitable
for lids made of coated paper, ice cream cup lids, coffee cup lids,
noodle bowl lids, salad bowl lids, etc. It has largely replaced the
plastic cover on the market.
3. The mechanical transmission adopts the reducer to connect with
the main shaft, and the main shaft is on the same axis line to
reduce the transmission error.Using the manipulator to clamp the
feeding mechanism, the operation is stable, the synchronization is
accurate, and the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily from
150-230mm.
